The estimated delivery time is usually 9 to 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will always receive a tracking number.

Note: Sustainability is important to us. Returns are possible, but we encourage you to consider your purchase carefully in order to minimise unnecessary returns.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. You may choose your own shipping carrier. Current rates can be found on the carrier’s website.

You always have the right to return or exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order for a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

The item has not been used and is not damaged.

The item is returned in its original packaging.

All tags/labels are intact.

Accessories/manuals are included in the package.

(In the case of signs of use, deductions from the refund may be made in accordance with applicable regulations.)
